Office Manager

As such, that makes the Office Manager’s job a unique blend of logistics, creativity, curation, and optimism which together serve as an enabler for the overall studio’s output.

The Operations team at Uncorked brings our space to life, and oversees the daily operations of our office. As the OM, you ensure Uncorked Studios is a safe, welcoming, and efficiently-operated space for the team, our partners and guests. You will manage office logistics and operations, organize events and engagements, and lead logistics to support various operating initiatives across the company and its teams. You are in your element in a fast-paced, fluid environment. You understand and model the enthusiasm, hospitality, dedication and spirit required to support a studio doing incredible work

The Office Manager initiates, maintains and manages the studio and facilities. You direct and coordinate the day-to-day studio and facilities operations. The Office Manager ensures the studio runs smoothly by the following:

  • Manages, plans and organizes all initiatives relating to the function of the studio
  • Creates policy, process and/or documentation for different office operations, as determined necessary per efficiency and growth
  • Coordinates the day to day business administration aspects of our studio and its function such as: purchasing and vendor orders, travel, weekly errands, record and disbursement of petty cash
  • Responsible for setup and organization of events and company/employee milestones.
  • Acts as support to special operations projects
  • Manages all aspects of facilities management and maintains primary relationship with building owner
  • Manages and directs Office Assistant in day to day tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience managing a studio or office space
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive applications
  • Clear and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
  • Active vendor management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across projects

Lead teams and guide clients to make incredible products.

At Uncorked Studios, we view production as an enlightened trade that leads through service, exists to create forward-moving energy and options, provide focus and priority, and keeps a conscience on the holistic balance of schedule, scope, and resources. The production partner, at any level, is the glue that collects all the information necessary to make the most educated recommendations for moving the product forward. In doing such, they act as an advocate for the product, UCS business/production team, UCS design/tech teams, and client equally with limited bias - so as to generate the best work possible.

A Senior Producer at Uncorked is a leader and mentor within the production team. A Senior Producer is expected to not only deftly perform the duties of a Producer but also join cross-discipline leadership in sighting opportunities for development/growth of a significant partnership between the studio and our partner brands. They are able to handle an entire brand partnership, often engaging relationships with Director/Executive-level clients, and overseeing all arms/projects within that portfolio of work.

As such, a Senior Producer will often be called on to provide leadership for other producers, willing to teach and guide team members, and bring their past (5+ yrs) experience to the company at large. A Senior Producer has domain knowledge of creative and technical areas to such an extent, they are trusted to represent those disciplines by their internal partners.

The Senior Producer initiates, maintains and manages the client’s projects with the agency on an ongoing and project basis. They direct and coordinate the day-to-day studio efforts on assigned accounts. In this role, the Senior Producer ensures that the studio provides:

  • Strategic vision of how the studio engages with an account from project cadence and relationship management, to leveraging opportunities for business growth.
  • Guidance through uncertainty, helping to direct decisions and direction of products, projects, team and relationships.
  • Sound and responsible project management and planning.
  • Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule.
  • A consistently superior creative product.
  • A technically sound delivery.
  • Value for our clients, and efficiency for the organization

In addition to the above, Producer responsibilities at Uncorked Studios fall into the following:

  • Manage the product execution and planning for the full cycle of project.
  • Guide teams and clients to best utilize resources and staff to create the best products possible
  • Function as a primary source of partnership and communication with the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and coordination on a project-by-project basis and monitor scope against a variety of factors
  • Manage assigned projects, involved with client projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines, budgets, and creative expectations
  • Monitor and manage all financials for assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years producer or project management experience in advertising, software, digital marketing or related industry
  • Experience on digital and creative projects
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp and Trello
  • Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive applications
  • Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results
  • Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
